How to change 230V 50HZ to 380V,50HZ ?

Steps:
1.Open the control box, find out these two short wires(white and blue),
take out of them.
2.Connect the firing line(3pcs),zero line(1pc),ground line(1pc).
3.Put this black line(see follow picture) from J25 to J28.
