How to change the voltage

When you open the system box ,you can find the Voltage is 220V and contace lead
like pictures:

                    2) find out the black lead ,which I sign out it in red color:


3)take off these two leads


                      4) now you will find two black leads ,same like pictures:


5) take out the one sides of these two leads ,which I sign out by red color.


             6)Contact these two sides into new code place.such as pictures


                 7)then your system is for 380V ,3 phase,same like pictures

Experts recommend limiting your use of a hot tub or sauna during pregnancy to less than 10 minutes at a time, or forgoing them altogether, especially in the early weeks. Sitting in a hot tub or sauna can raise your body temperature to a level that can be dangerous for your developing baby. Studies have shown an increased risk for neural tube defects in babies of women who had an elevated temperature before 7 weeks of pregnancy. These are serious birth defects affecting the skull or spine. Some studies have also looked at whether having an elevated temperature increases your risk for  miscarriage . The results were mixed, but it's best to err on the side of caution. To reduce these risks, you'll want to avoid letting your temperature get higher than 101 degrees F, which can happen after only 10 minutes in a hot tub or sauna.
